1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to provide a consistent and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearances, extreme weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package directly through our carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
salinmep.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to expedite the process.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. salinmep.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
